Welcome to our Service Department

Our goal is to provide the best service possible, quickly. We take great pride in our work and we guarantee
your satisfaction. Be sure to ask about our 24-hour repair service!

Check out our most common repair options:

The Shining: $30

Complete wash and degrease, includes application of fresh lube and complete safety check.

Quick Tune: $35

Covers basic derailleur and brake adjustments, and complete safety check.

Great for clean bikes needing just a little love before the next big ride. This service is free for life for original owners of our bicycles.

Total Tune: $70

We start with The Shining and move to complete adjustment of all moving parts, including wheel true and bearings.
Basic installs of a chain, cassette or tires can be included, other installations may be extra. Suspension work and
disc-brake bleeding may be extra.

This is our most popular package.

Complete Overhaul: $250

We strongly encourage this at least once a year if you ride regularly like we do. This is a complete strip to the
frame including washing of the frame and components, reassembly with fresh lube. Installation of new parts included, and includes free cork handlebar tape. Most common addition is fresh cables and housing as needed. A free future Quick Tune is included for new cables. Please note that suspension rebuilds are not included.

Suspension Service:Cost Varies, Please contact us

We service most suspension systems, and can have more complicated rebuilds handled rather quickly through our vendors. Please come by for an estimate.

Special notes: 24-hour service is for basic services only and does not apply to overhauls, builds, and situations involving special orders. Mass-merchant bikes ( Wal-Mart, Target, etc.) are subject to minimum of a Quick Tune for liability and safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse services that would be deemed unsafe, or beyond repair.
